Our dual robust HK Laser Cutting Systems have the accuracy of .0039 over 120” and repeatability .001”. The maximum cut size is 1.25” – mild steel, 0.75” – stainless, 0.50” – aluminum. We can also cut composites, exotic metals, wood, and paper.
Our Flow I-6012 Waterjet includes the following features:
A water jet is a tool capable of cutting metal or other materials using a jet of water at high velocity and pressure, or a mixture of water and an abrasive media. The process is essentially the same as water erosion found in nature but accelerated and concentrated by orders of magnitude.
Our welders are AWS D1.1, D1.2, and D1.6 certified. We specialize in food grade sanitary welding as well as large structured plate assemblies. GMAW-(MIG), GTAW-(TIG), FCAW-(Flux Core) and SMAW-(Arc) processes. Materials include stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, galvanized copper and titanium.
