Laser Cutting

Our two HK Laser Cutting Systems are the most powerful & fastest running systems in the Inland Empire with the accuracy of .0039 over 120” and repeatability .001”. The maximum cut size is 1.25” – mild steel, 0.75” – stainless, 0.50” – aluminum. We can also cut composites, exotic metals, wood, and paper. The fact that we have two systems allows us to meet quick turnaround times which set us apart from our competition.

Waterjet Cutting

Our Flow Integrated Waterjet with a 6.5′ x 12′ work bed uses 94,000 psi Hyper Pressure Technology. It cuts faster than 60,000 psi machines, with 30-50% less abrasive use. This gives us the ability to cut parts 25-40% faster than conventional flat stock waterjet cutting machines with a 20% reduction in part cost. The dynamic head compensates for stream lag when cutting thicker materials and ensures precise straight edge quality. Waterjet cutting is the most versatile cutting processes available.

Certified Precision Welding

Our welders are AWS D1.1, D1.2, and D1.6 certified. We specialize in GMAW-(MIG), GTAW-(TIG), FCAW-(Flux Core) and SMAW-(Arc) processes. Materials include stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, galvanized copper and titanium.
